Holder of a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Strategic Marketing from the University of Toulouse, France, Imane built a successful career in the international manufacturing industry. She held senior management roles, collaborating with partners across Europe and Asia.

This experience instilled discipline, strategic vision, and rigor: essential foundations for creating a credible, responsible, and sustainable brand.

After settling in Canada, Imane chose to realign her professional path with her values. She left the corporate world to reconnect with her roots and dedicate her expertise to a deeply human project: Moroccan argan oil, approached as a noble and revered natural ingredient.

Imane sources exclusively from networks working with Amazigh women’s cooperatives in southwestern Morocco. This deliberate choice reflects her commitment to supporting ancestral know-how, respecting the dignity of labor, and upholding values of equity, while contributing to the empowerment and recognition of the women who sustain this tradition.

She oversees the entire supply chain, without intermediaries, ensuring traceability, quality, and respect. All Naturesse Cosmetics products, except for the argan oil, are formulated and produced in Canada.
