I made a mistake on the delivery address when I placed my order. What should I do?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order number and the correct delivery address, within 2 hours max following your order confirmation to be sure that the package has not already been shipped and in your hands. from the carrier!
Can I modify or cancel my order once confirmed?
When your order is invoiced and confirmed, unfortunately it is impossible to cancel or modify it!
Can I make an exchange or a return?
Due to hygiene, no exchange or return is allowed except in the event of material breakage during delivery. You are then required to check the conformity of your package at the time of delivery. Only products previously authorized for return by Naturesse Cosmetics will be reimbursed and an authorization number will be communicated to you.
In this specific case, you must follow the following procedure:
- Take photos of the original packaging, and photos of the damaged item(s),
- Attach a copy of your invoice or order and the authorization number that you will obtain once the return has been authorized.
- You must contact us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours for return authorization.
If this procedure mentioned above is not respected, no refund will be incurred.
A product returned without an authorization number will result in its cancellation and will be returned to you at your expense.
There is an error in the order I received. What should I do?
First, we apologize for this inconvenience which is involuntary. In this case, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the products you received. We will do what is necessary quickly to rectify the situation.
Can I combine different promotions?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine the different promotions. You can enter only one promotional code when placing your order.
Can I use multiple promotional codes on the same order?
No, a promotional code is applicable only once, and its offer cannot be combined with that of another code.
I want to order for a gift. What should I do?
If you want the order to be delivered directly to the person you want to give the gift to, be sure to mention their complete delivery address. Please note that for ecological reasons, we never provide invoices with the package. Instead, we opt for sending invoices to your inbox. So, be reassured that the person who will have your gift will never receive an invoice!
We can also offer to write a personalized note for you, to the person who will receive the gift, if you wish. You just have to tell us what you want us to write on the little note. The comments part in your order is reserved in others on this subject.
How can I pay for my order online?
Naturesse Cosmetics offers various online payment methods to pay for your order either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via Paypal. You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How do I know if a product is out of stock? And when will it be available again?
When a product is temporarily out of stock, there will be an indication of the non-availability of the product and it will be impossible for you to order it when you place your order.
